Slow Progress...

When you are suffering from a broken back:
It is really really hard to do this:
The good thing is that I am able to move around now. Hoping to make some progress on my Crow rug this week. I'll post when I have something to show.

  1. Hi Tony,
Oh My! How did you break your back? Ouch! Glad you are getting better! Love all your rugs in that photo esp. the little inch rug you are working on. Will patiently wait for your photos of your Crow rug!
    Take Care,

  2. Tony, I had no idea that you had hurt your back. As a fellow back sufferer, I do feel your pain. My two episodes are becoming dim memories, but when I saw your little visual, I went right back there.
Here's to continued healing. And for me, the secret of my healthy back is all in the stretching of the parts that hold it together. hugs (gentle ones)

  5. Thanks for the comments on my back - not really broken, but it sure did feel like it when I was in spasm - OMG!
However, with the help of muscle relaxers and pain meds I survived the nightmare.
The spasms have ended and I am able to function, although somewhat still limited.
Unfortunately, I was blessed with a very long spine and it has given me some problems over the years. Usually, my yoga practice keeps everything working well. I will count my blessings and keep on moving or I swear I will RUST...LOL
Thanks again for the kind words.
    Tony
