Notes to Myself

"This group of rugs evolved from pure spontaneity. I just wanted to play with words, shapes and colors with no known destination."
(Diane Phillips)

2009: A Hooked Blog
15 rugs 9" x 10"

2009 A Hooked Blog

"Last December, while noodling with a dear friend about daily art efforts, I got the notion to do a weekly rug. That idea morphed into a hooked diary of important events. Rugs were to be quick, unedited and personal." (Diane Phillips)
